CAROLINA-BOSTON COLLEGE SERIES HISTORY
• North Carolina is 16-1 all-time against Boston College in a series that began just eight years ago with the Eagles' move to the ACC.
• Carolina took both games against BC in 2013 after weather conditions in the Boston area forced the series to be moved to Chapel Hill. The Tar Heels won both ends of a doubleheader at Boshamer Stadium, 11-0 and 5-2.
• BC's lone win came in Chestnut Hill in 2009. Carolina has won seven in a row since that setback, which was also UNC's last visit to Boston College.
