Navy Wins Big On Friday

Chapel Hill, N.C. -- The Navy squad scored three runs in the top of the first and never looked back on the way to a 9-2 win over Blue on Friday at Boshamer Stadium.
Navy was led by Brian Miller, who was 3-5 with three RBI, while Michael Massardo was 3-4 with one RBI. Hunter Williams was 2-4 with two RBI. Navy had twelve hits to five for Blue. Five different players had one hit apiece for Blue
Tyler Ramirez slammed a long home run, while Zach Gahagan added a double.
Four pitchers threw: Taylore Cherry, Jason Morgan, Henry Sisson and Zach Rice.
Carolina will scrimmage again on Saturday.
