Craven Selected Soccer News Net Player Of The Year

Craven, a MAC Hermann Trophy finalist and an All-America selection this year, led the nation with 35 total points and eight game-winning goals, while his 15 goals tied him with two other players for the national lead.
He scored three goals with an assist in a 6-0 win over JMU in the NCAA Championship first round, and earlier in the year scored three goals against Georgia Southern in the regular season.
The St. Simon Island, Ga., native scored his final goal of the season to complete a two-goal Tarheel comeback and send the NCAA Quarterfinal match at No. 2 UCLA into overtime.
UCLA forward Leo Stolz finished second in the College Boot voting, while Syracuse goalkeeper Alex Bono and Princeton forward Cameron Porter, who was the Supporter's Choice Winner as the leading fan vote getter, finished tied for third.
