March 26, 2015 | Men's Soccer
CHAPEL HILL - The North Carolina men's soccer team scored three goals before halftime, and held that advantage throughout in a 3-0 victory over Pass4Soccer on Tuesday.
Carolina waisted little time in gaining the upper hand against Pass4Soccer, a program that assistants students from the UK and Europe to gain soccer scholarships in the United States.
Alan Winn scored for the second time in as many matches this spring, while Raby George and David October also registered goals for the Tar Heels.
James Pyle and Sam Euler combined on the shutout with solid play in goal.
North Carolina's busy week continues this Saturday against Georgetown in Richmond, Va. Kick off is scheduled for 1 p.m. at River City Sportsplex.
NOTE: The match against Georgetown is at a new venue and time that was originally announced earlier this spring.
