No. 8 North Carolina continues a busy stretch of the season by hosting George Washington on Tuesday at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary. Kick off between the Tar Heels and Colonials is slated for 7 p.m.
FREE ADMISSION
All games hosted this season by North Carolina at WakeMed Soccer Park do no require an admission price. The Tar Heels will not play on campus this season in Chapel Hill while the new soccer and lacrosse field is currently under construction.

George Washington holds a 2-0 advantage over North Carolina, winning both previous matches by identical 1-0 scores in 1979 and again in 2004.Â

Mauricio Pineda scored the game-winning goal late in the first half to lift Carolina to a 2-1 victory over 23rd-ranked Duke Saturday night in the 89th edition of the Tobacco Road rivalry from Macpherson Stadium in Browns Summit, N.C.
Alan Winn continued his torrid scoring trend of late with his fourth goal in four games. Cam Lindley delivered assists on both goals, giving him four helpers in two games last week.Â
