Heels Ranked No. 6 In Perfect Game Preseason Top 25

North Carolina will open the 2019 college baseball season ranked No. 6 nationally by Perfect Game, the website announced in its preseason poll Wednesday. Carolina is one of five teams in the ACC ranked in the top 25 and are joined by No. 8 Louisville, No. 14 Florida State, No. 21 NC State and No. 24 Clemson.

UNC will face Clemson and NC State in league play as well as ECU who was ranked No. 11 as well as Coastal Carolina who came in at No. 25.
The Tar Heels open up the 2019 season with 13 straight home games beginning on Feb. 15 with a three-game series against Xavier at Boshamer Stadium.Â
