Carolina Notes
• Has lost three in a row, all at the Smith Center, to fall to 8-8 overall, 1-4 in the ACC and 4-5 at home this season (4-4 in the Smith Center).
• First loss in 60 games all-time to Clemson in Chapel Hill. The 59-0 record was the longest unbeaten streak at home against an opponent in NCAA history.
• First time UNC has lost consecutive games at the Smith Center when leading at the half. It was the 17th loss in 35 seasons when UNC led at the half. Pitt trailed by nine points at the half on Jan. 8 and won by eight. UNC led 39-29 at the half today. The 10-point halftime deficit is the third largest overcome by an opponent in Smith Center history.
• This is UNC's first three-game home losing streak since it lost four in a row in 2010.
• This was UNC's 500th game in the Smith Center. The Tar Heels are 423-77 in all games, 215-60 in ACC games.
• This was the second straight game UNC led by double figures but lost. UNC had a 32-18 lead over Pitt and a 39-26 lead late in the first half today vs. Clemson.

Tar Heel Player Notes
• Brandon Robinson had career highs in points (27) and field goals (9) and tied his career high with five three-pointers.
• Robinson has made 20 threes in the last four games.
• Robinson scored 19 points in the first half, the most he has scored in any half in his career, and only one off his previous high for a game.
• Garrison Brooks posted his fourth consecutive double-double with 13 points and 11 rebounds.
• Brooks has six career double-doubles, all this season.
• Armando Bacot had 21 points on 7 of 10 shooting from the floor. It was his third 20-point game, his first since he had 23 against Oregon on Nov. 29 in The Bahamas.
• After making a combined 1 of 11 field goals against Yale and Georgia Tech, Bacot went a combined 13 of 21 from the floor vs. Pittsburgh and Clemson.
• Leaky Black made his first career start at the point. He had five assists, most since he had five against Gardner-Webb on Nov. 15.
• Andrew Platek made his first career start. He had eight points (most since he had eight vs. Gardner-Webb) and had career highs in rebounds (eight) and assists (six). He played 38 minutes (previous high was 27 at UNCW on Nov. 8).
• Freshman point guard Jeremiah Francis was ruled out of today's game with soreness in his left knee.
• Black became the fourth Tar Heel to start at the point this season. It's the first time in the Roy Williams Era four players started at the point in a season.Â
• All five starters played at least 36 minutes and 30 seconds.
• Carolina's starters scored 74 of its 76 points.
