• Carolina shot 34.5 percent from the floor. Its lowest percentage of the season was .344 in a win at Miami on 1/5/21.
• The Tar Heels shot 25.0 percent from the floor in the first half, its lowest in a half this season (previous .310 in the first at Miami).
• Carolina scored 18 points on 38 possessions in the first half (a season-low PPP of .47).
• Carolina's bench scored as many points as its starters (24-24).
• Armando Bacot led UNC with 10 rebounds, his seventh game this season in double figures (and 21st career).
• Carolina was 6 for 12 from the free throw line. Anthony Harris (1 for 2) was the only perimeter player to attempt a free throw.
