CHAPEL HILL - The North Carolina women's tennis team will host its final two regular season home matches of the 2022 season this weekend from Chapel Hill Tennis Club. The top-ranked Tar Heels welcome No. 57 Clemson on Friday at 3 p.m. and No. 31 Georgia Tech on Sunday at 1 p.m.
Sunday serves as Senior Day for the program, who will honor Cameron Morra and Alle Sanford with a ceremony before the match with the Yellow Jackets. As part of the festivities, free food and prize raffles will take place on Sunday for all patrons in attendance.
Carolina remains the lone unbeaten team in Division I women's tennis this spring with a perfect 21-0 overall record and a 10-0 mark in the ACC. Georgia Tech (12-6) has a pair of ranked singles players - No. 60 Carol Lee and No. 85 Kylie Bilchev - and the No. 6 doubles tandem of Lee and Kate Sharabura and No. 27 Bilchev and Ava Hrastar.
The Tar Heels will close out the regular season at No. 10 Duke on Friday, April 15.
