Tar Heels Head To Baltimore Tuesday

The University of North Carolina women's lacrosse team will travel to Baltimore on Tuesday afternoon for this weekend's NCAA Championship Weekend at Homewood Field on the campus of Johns Hopkins University.
The Tar Heels will practice in Chapel Hill on Tuesday morning, then bus to Baltimore for a Tuesday night arrival. The team will practice in Baltimore on Wednesday, then meet with the media and practice again on the game field on Thursday.
Top-seeded Carolina (20-0 will meet fourth-seeded Northwestern (16-4) in the first NCAA semifinal on Friday at 3 p.m. Second-seeeded Maryland and third-seeded Boston College will play in the second semifinal at 5:30 p.m.
