Women's Soccer Announces Promotional Schedule

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – The University of North Carolina announced the promotional schedule for the 2022 women's soccer season. The Tar Heels will host nine matches, plus two additional exhibition games, at Dorrance Field featuring 2021 NCAA Tournament runner-up BYU and ACC regular season champion Virginia along with PAC-12 champion UCLA and SEC winner Tennessee. This year's schedule is highlighted by a variety of promotions including Mental Health Awareness Night, Alumni Night and Mia Hamm bobblehead giveaway.
The Tar Heels open their exhibition season Sunday, Aug. 7, against VCU at 11 a.m. Admission is free.
 
SEASON TICKETS
Season tickets are on sale at goheels.com, starting at $64 for general admission and $80 for reserved seating. Special rates are available for UNC faculty and staff members who wish to purchase reserved seats by contacting the UNC Athletics Ticket Office. Season ticket holders receive access to the McCaskill Building to get an up-close view of Carolina Soccer's historic excellence and achievements and will also be invited to join host Freddie Kiger as he speaks to legendary head coach Anson Dorrance on this year's team, previous seasons, and his journey leading Carolina Soccer.
 
SINGLE GAME TICKETS
Reserved - $10
General Admission - $8
Single-game tickets can be purchased online now or at the gate prior to the game. UNC employees gain free access for themselves and their immediate family (total limit of four) to regular season home games, based on availability.
 
There is no admission charge for exhibition games against VCU (Aug. 7) or BYU (Aug. 13).
