No. 3 Women’s Soccer Hosts Syracuse For Senior Day

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – The final home match of the regular season for the third-ranked North Carolina women's soccer team will take place Sunday, Oct. 22, at 1 p.m ET against Syracuse at Dorrance Field. The game will air on ACCNX and tickets are available for purchase here.
Prior to the match, the Tar Heels will honor its graduating class – Maycee Bell, Isabel Cox, Talia Dellaperuta, Julia Dorsey, Kai Hayes, Sam Meza, Emily Moxley, Avery Patterson, Riley Quinlan and Paige Tolentino – for Senior Day presented by Carolina Alumni.
Carolina will also recognize its senior team managers in Meilin Gregg, Allison Kelker, Patrik Luneau, Kush Patel, Chris Rea, Jacob Rogers and Rachel Yurko.

- The Tar Heels are ranked No. 2 in this week's NCAA RPI for the third week in a row. They were also slotted at No. 3 in the NCAA Committee's top-16 teams.
- As of Oct. 21, UNC is one of just six teams in Division I without a loss this season.
- Cox has made 103 career appearances, the most among all active DI players. She's one game away from being ranked eighth in NCAA history.
- Four Tar Heels were listed in TopDrawerSoccer's Midseason Top 100 Player List: Bell (#5), Ally Sentnor (#25), Meza (#28), Patterson (#40).
