Fifteen Named To Women’s Lacrosse All-ACC Academic Team

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – Fifteen University of North Carolina women's lacrosse players have been tabbed to the 2023 All-Atlantic Coast Conference Academic Team, as announced by the league Thursday morning.
The Tar Heels named to the team include Reilly Casey, Olivia Dirks, Julia Dorsey, Darcy Felter, Caroline Godine, Kaleigh Harden, Nicole Humphrey, Livi Lawton, Kiley Mottice, Emily Nalls, Alecia Nicholas, Liv Pikiell, Melissa Sconone, Ellie Traggio and Marissa White.
To be on the All-ACC Academic Team, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.0 grade-point average for the previous semester and a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA. Additionally, those selected must have competed in at least 50 percent of their team's contests.
This marks the second such honor for Dorsey and Nalls, while Casey, Dirks, Felter, Godine, Harden, Humphrey, Lawton, Mottice, Nicholas, Pikiell, Sconone, Traggio and White found themselves on the academic team for the first time in their careers.
