Baseball Game At UNCW Canceled

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – Due to inclement weather in the Wilmington area on Tuesday, the baseball game between No. 7 North Carolina and UNCW at Brooks Field has been canceled. It will not be rescheduled.
UNC will return to action this weekend as the Tar Heels make the short drive to Durham for a three-game set at Duke. The series will begin Thursday, May 16, at 7 p.m. and will be televised on ACC Network. Game two is slated for Friday at 6 p.m., with the finale scheduled for Saturday at 1 p.m.
For the first time since 2014, the games will be played at Jack Coombs Field on the Duke campus. Carolina has won the series each of the previous four seasons, taking nine of 12 games. The Tar Heels lead the all-time series 192-107-3.
