Carolina To Host 2024 NCAA Baseball Regional

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. -Â On Sunday evening the University of North Carolina was announced as one of the 16 regional hosts for the 2024 NCAA Division I Baseball Championships, the 13th time the Tar Heels have hosted an NCAA Regional. The Chapel Hill Regional will take place Friday, May 31 through Sunday, June 2 with a possible final game on Monday, June 3.Â
All-Session ticket packages will go on sale to the public beginning Wednesday, May 29 at 12 p.m. ET with single-game tickets set to go on sale Thursday, May 30 at 12 p.m. ET.
Regional Package: $90
Single-Game: $20
Participating University Students: $5
*for their respective university's game
Parking will be available for the entire Chapel Hill Regional in the Rams Head Deck for $20 as well as the Craige Deck (levels 5-9 only). Craige Deck parking will be $10 on Friday and free on Saturday and Sunday. Beginning at 5 p.m. on Friday through Sunday, parking will also be available for free in the Bowles Lot, Raleigh Road Visitors Lot, and on Stadium Drive. Disability parking will be in the Rams Head Deck for $20. Ride Share drop-off and pickup will be in the Law School Circle Lot.
The three other participating teams in the Chapel Hill Regional will be announced Monday, May 27 during the NCAA Tournament Selection Show, 12 p.m. ET on ESPN2.Â
The Tar Heels go into NCAA Tournament play with a 42-13 overall record and a consensus top 10 team in the nation. North Carolina's journey back to the College World Series for the first time since 2018 begins on Friday.
