Baseball To Hold Omaha Sendoff Tuesday Afternoon

Send the Tar Heels off to Omaha in style!Â
Join Carolina Baseball at Boshamer Stadium on Tuesday, June 11, as the Tar Heels head off to the Men's College World Series in Omaha.Â
Gates to Boshamer Stadium will open at 1 p.m. ET. The team will come onto the concourse at approximately 1:45 p.m. with the buses departing from the main entrance at 2 p.m.Â
Parking will be available at Rams Head Deck for $1.75 per hour. Wear your best Tar Heel blue and bring your Carolina spirit!Â
North Carolina is making its 12th College World Series appearance and first under head coach Scott Forbes. The Tar Heels clinched their eighth Super Regional championship in school history on Saturday night, and the first with Forbes at the helm.Â
The fourth-seeded Tar Heels will play No. 12 seed Virginia in an opening-round game this weekend in Omaha.
