FORT WORTH, Texas – UNC outfielders Casey Cook and Anthony Donofrio saw their names come off the board Monday on day two of the 2024 Major League Baseball Draft.

Cook was selected by the Texas Rangers in the third round with the 103rd overall pick, and the Seattle Mariners drafted Donofrio with the 303rd overall pick in the 10th round.

A redshirt sophomore from Chantilly, Va., Cook was named First Team All-ACC, posting a .341/.431/.605 slash line with 18 home runs and 78 RBIs, third-most in the conference and 11th nationally.
