Six Baseball Games Chosen For TV

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – ESPN and the ACC Network have released their initial lineup for the 2025 baseball season, selecting six North Carolina baseball games as part of its linear TV coverage.

The Tar Heels' matchups against Louisville on Mar. 16, Duke on April 3, Wake Forest on both April 10, Virginia Tech on April 20, and Florida State on May 15 will appear on ACC Network's cable channel. The rubber match on Saturday, April 12 against the Demon Deacons will air on ESPNU.

The remainder of the team's home and conference games will be hosted on ACC Extra. Five "Wildcard" spots have been reserved in the final two weeks of the regular season with those designations to be decided later in the season.

Carolina opens its season on Feb. 14 at home in Boshamer Stadium against Texas Tech. First pitch is set for 4 p.m. ET. Tickets for that weekend's series and more are still on sale.
