The North Carolina men's tennis team will conclude its 2025 regular season when it hosts 20th-ranked Duke on Saturday at 4 p.m. at the Chewning Tennis Center in Chapel Hill.Â
The match will mark the final regular season home appearances for four departing Tar Heel seniors and graduate students: Diego Jarry, Vladislav Melnic, Dennis Perumov and Logan Zapp.
Free hamburgers will be available to fans while supplies last. Fans will be able to enter to win great raffle prizes during the match.
The Tar Heels are 12-9 this season and 6-6 in the Atlantic Coast Conference. After winning three in a row at home over Boston College, SMU and Miami last month, Carolina has lost three straight entering Saturday's match against Duke. UNC is tied with Miami for eighth in the ACC standings, a game behind 7-5 Clemson and a game ahead of 5-7 Georgia Tech.
Duke (15-7, 8-4 ACC) is tied for fourth in the conference standings entering this weekend. The Blue Devils have lost three of their last four outings.Â
After Saturday's match, the Tar Heels will make the short trek to Cary, N.C., for next week's ACC Championship at the Cary Tennis Park. Check GoHeels.com later this weekend for pairings and more information.
