Casper Mika Falls To Olympian At Day Two Of 2025 April North American Cup

LOS ANGELES, CALIF - North Carolina fencing wrapped up day two of the 2025 April North American Cup.
Casper Mika led off the day in men's sabre; Mika had one of the toughest draws coming out of the pool round. Mika won his first bout 15-4 before facing the three-time Olympian and the 2023 saber World Champion, Eli Dershwitz. Mika put up a good fight scoring six points before falling 15-6
Nicole Milewski came out of the pool round of Division 1 Women's Epee as the 106th overall seed. In the first round, she took down the No. 23 ranked fencer, Melinda Yao, 15-11, before falling in the round of 32.Â
