ATHENS, Ga. – University of North Carolina women's soccer (1-2, 0-0 ACC) fell 2-0 against Georgia (2-1, 0-0 SEC) Thursday night on the road.
Georgia took the first shot of the night at 16:39 towards the bottom center, but goalkeeper Liya Brooks stepped up to record a save. Linda Ullmark took the only shot for UNC in the first, but the Bulldogs' goalkeeper blocked the attempt. The score remained zero-all heading into the half.
The Bulldogs added two goals in the second half to take the game.
