January 15, 2026 | Women's Soccer
ATLANTA, Ga. – The U.S. Women's Youth National Team staff released the 24-player roster for the Development Camp Jan. 17-25 in Los Angeles, Calif. Thursday afternoon. Lilliah Blum and Bella Devey from the University of North Carolina women's soccer program will represent the Tar Heels at camp. UNC is one of four schools to have two athletes featured on the camp's roster.
Lilliah Blum is a recent addition to the Carolina women's soccer program. The junior transferred to UNC after competing at the University of Utah the previous three seasons. As a midfielder, Blum led the Utes with four goals last season. Blum made 57 appearances with 55 starts compiling seven goals and nine assists throughout her career at Utah.
Bella Devey just wrapped up her freshman season at Carolina where she recorded five goals, four assists, and 14 points. The Draper, Utah native was one of just four Tar Heels to start in all 21 matches. Devey was ranked no. 46 on the TopDrawerSoccer Top 100 Freshman Rankings at the end of the 2025 season. With the national team, the freshman was previously invited to the 2024 U.S. U-19 YNT, 2024 U-17 Concacaf, and 2024 U-17 YNT training camps.
Under the direction of U-23 Women's National Team coach Heather Dyche, the players will take part in the development camp which will run concurrently with the USWNT training camp. The camp roster features six different birth years – 2003 through 2008 – with 11 of the 24 eligible for the 2026 FIFA U-20 World Cup. The camp will provide players the opportunity to showcase their skills in front of both the USWNT and USYNT coaches.
