Three Meets On The T&F Agenda

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - Track will split up the team for this weekend's meets. The teams divide the eastern seaboard, with athletes traveling to Massachusetts, Virginia, and South Carolina on February 13 and 14.Â
A few athletes will head to Clemson University for the Tiger Paw Invitational, and all events, except the throws, will be shown on ACCNX. The live stats can be found on Flash Results.Â
Another group of athletes will head to Liberty University for the 12th Annual Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational. The live results can be found on Blue Ridge Timing, and the meet will be streamed on ESPN+ on Friday and Saturday.

More Information on Darius Dixon:
Darius Dixon, a promising freshman sprinter from Western Branch High School in Chesapeake, Va., opened his Liberty track & field career by competing in the 200 and 400-meter dash events at the Liberty Kickoff on Dec. 5, 2013. Two days later, he was tragically killed in a car accident at the age of 18. In his memory, Liberty will hold a Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational meet for the 12th straight year. The inaugural Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational was contested on Dec. 3-4, 2014, at the Tolsma Indoor Track Center (previous indoor facility, which is no longer in existence)

A select group of distance runners will compete at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational. The live results can be seen on Lancer Timing, and the races will be shown on FloTrack.Â
