Humphrey Named ACC Player Of The Week For Fifth Time

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – University of North Carolina women's lacrosse attacker Chloe Humphrey has been named ACC Offensive Player of the Week, the league announced on Tuesday. This is the fifth time she's been recognized this season by the league. Humphrey tied her career high with eight goals to go along with two assists in UNC's win over No. 12 Stanford. The victory clinched the ACC Regular Season Championship for the Heels.
For the season, Humphrey has tallied 72 goals and 30 assists for 102 points. The 72 goals and 102 points lead the nation, while the 30 assists are tied for 25th. The 72 goals are tied for fourth on UNC's single-season list, while the 102 points are currently eighth.
Next up, the Heels travel to Durham for the regular-season finale with Duke. That game will start at 5 p.m. and air on ACC Network.
