Tarragano Earns All-America Honors In Men’s 10k

EUGENE, ORE - Tomer Tarragano (28:34.74) earned Second Team All-America Honors in the men's 10,000m as he finished in sixteenth at the 2026 NCAA Track & Field Outdoor Championships.

Tarragano ran the second-fastest time in program history. For the second straight meet in a row, the sixth-year has dropped his PR, this time by nearly 19 seconds.

Tarragano is only the third Carolina runner to compete in the 10,000m at the NCAA Championships and the second in three years. He ran the second-fastest championship time for a Carolina runner in the men's 10k.
