2018-19: Heise represents the men’s swimming & diving team on the Student-Athlete Advisory Council.

2017-18: Set a career record in the 100-yard breast prelim at the Janis Hape Dowd Nike Invitational only to best that time with a new mark of 56.48 for second place in the final • Also won the 50-yard freestyle with a personal-best time of 20.74 at the Nike Invitational and swam a season-best time of 46.59 in the 100-yard free final • Collected five top-three finishes over the course of the season • Clocked 20.38 for his leg of the 200-yard freestyle relay which finished 14th at the Tennessee Invitational • Named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.

2016-17: Named to 2016-17 ACC Academic Honor Roll.

Prep: Attended Pioneer High School from September 2012 to June 2016 • Nine-time All-State honoree • Eight-time All-SEC selection (all-conference team) • Four-time All-America selection • High school team was state runner-up his freshman year • Coached by Denny Hill for two years and by Stefanie Kerska for two years • Played in band, orchestra and jazz band in high school…his high school band won a Grammy signature award • Graduated with a 4.0 grade point average • National Honor Society member • Scholastic All-State and All-America selection • Worked on student council • Member of Interact service club.
