Freshman Season (2016)
Talented defender who will provide depth at the middle infield positions • Appeared in 20 games primarily as a defensive replacement • Made a pair of starts against Coastal Carolina and at NC State • Scored four runs and had one RBI and a walk in 12 plate appearances • Did not commit an error in 21 chances and helped turn four double plays • Was a Cal Ripken League All-Star during the summer, hitting .302 for the Baltimore Redbirds.

All-conference performer in both baseball and basketball • Honor roll student who was active in the Little Brother program • Ranked the No. 4 shortstop and the No. 33 overall player in the state of North Carolina by Perfect Game • Earned Underclass High Honorable Mention from PG in 2014 • Brother Ryder was a second-round pick of the San Francisco Giants in 2013 • Coached by Pete Hardee at Watauga.
