Thank you for joining us at Dorrance Field. We are ecstatic to share the below information with each of you in order to ensure your GameDay experience with us is exceptional.
Accessibility Accommodations and Information
Please find below a list of disability services currently provided at Dorrance Field:Entry Screening/policies – ADA guests will be screened with all other fans at either gate
Accessible Seating – accessible seating is located on the North, South, and East concourses of Dorrance Field; there are seating options that are covered by overhangs or uncovered
Accessible Entrances – both the Main Entrance to Dorrance Field and the entrance located off Stadium Drive are ADA accessible entrances
Elevators – elevators are located on the East concourse, behind the Dorrance Field team building
Wheelchairs and Assistive Devices – wheelchairs and other assistive devices are not currently available at Dorrance Field
Assistive Listening Devices – assistive listening devices are not currently available at Dorrance Field
Accessible Concessions Window – accessible concessions windows are located at the main concession stand in the NE corner of the Dorrance Field concourse
Accessible Restrooms for Guests with Disabilities – accessible restrooms are available in both sets of restrooms in the NE and SE corners of the Dorrance Field concourse
Gender Neutral Accessible Family Restroom – a gender neutral/family/accessible restroom is available in the NE corner of the Dorrance Field concourse
Lactation Room – a designated lactation room is not available at Dorrance Field, but if you contact any GameDay staff member, they will be able to assist you
Emergency or Severe Weather Evacuation Procedures – all severe weather will be monitored by UNC GameDay staff; announcements will be made over the PA system if there is any threat to fan safety
ADA Service Animals – service animals only are permitted at Dorrance Field; emotional support animals are not permitted at this time
Accessibility Parking/Shuttle – accessibility parking for Dorrance Field game days is in the School of Government lot adjacent to Hooker Fields. A shuttle, operated by UNC Transportation & Parking, is available to take ADA fans and their guests to the main entrance of Dorrance Field.
Bag Policy
All bags and containers will be searched upon entry into the stadium by security personnel. We strongly encourage fans to leave their large bags at home, as this will reduce the wait time for entry.
Fan Conduct Policy
The University of North Carolina is shaped not only by our players, coaches and employees, but by our fans as well. Our goal is to create a high-energy environment to support our team while maintaining a wholesome family-oriented atmosphere. To ensure all fans have a positive game day experience, each patron should act responsibly and be considerate of others. Event management staff and stadium security will respond to complaints of misconduct. Please know spectators are prohibited from accessing the field of play without proper consent.

Food and Beverages
Outside food and beverages are allowed inside the stadium. In addition, concessions such as Hunt Brothers Pizza, Bojangles chicken & fries, hot dogs and hamburgers, including alcoholic beverages will be sold at each home game.
Gate Entry
Please know gates open to the public one hour prior to kickoff. Two gates are available for entry on South Road and Stadium Drive. Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance at the UNC Athletic Ticket Office Website.
Fans parking in the Rams Head Parking Deck, access thru Stadium Drive is highly encouraged.
Player guest will call is located at the main entrance on South Road.
Lost and Found
During a men's or women’s soccer game, please check with Event Management staff at the front gate. After an event, all unclaimed items are turned over to the UNC Athletic Evert Management Department. Please contact athleticslostandfound.svc@email.unc.edu.

Parking
Parking on men’s & women’s soccer GameDays is available within the following locations for guests:
- Rams Head Parking Deck ($.1.75/hour)
- Stadium Drive
- Raleigh Road Visitor Lot
- Bell Tower Parking Deck
Please know all lots are subject to the University of North Carolina’s weeknight parking program starting each Monday at 7 a.m. through Friday at 5 p.m. Parking can be purchased at the following link: https://move.unc.edu/parking/visitor-parking/weeknight-payment/.

Prohibited Items
In addition to the below, all items are subject to the judgment of game management staff and may be removed from Dorrance Field based upon safety to surrounding guests, as well as the ability of others to enjoy the event.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Alcoholic beverages
- Artificial noise makers
- Balloons
- Explosives
- Fireworks
- Folding chairs
- Illegal drugs
- Laser pointers
- Pets (except service animals)
- Umbrellas
- Weapons of any kind
Recycling
At Dorrance Field, recycling bins (bottles and cans) and regular waste cans are set throughout the concourse for easy separation of items.

Smoking Policy
Effective January 1, 2008: The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill prohibits smoking in buildings and areas controlled by the university. This meaning, smoking will not be tolerated in or within 100 feet of Dorrance Field.
Stadium Layout
Dorrance Field was dedicated in September 2019, in honor of longtime women’s soccer head coach Anson Dorrance. The facility has 4,200 individual chairback seats, a new LED scoreboard and video board, as well as up-to-date restrooms.
Tar Heel Alley
Tar Heel Alley is located on the south concourse of Dorrance Field, and hosts a variety of sponsors, games, activities and more. We look forward to having fans of all ages join us!
Ticket Policy
Guests may contact the Athletic Ticket Office (800-722-HEEL) before an event to purchase a ticket, as well as visit our website at GoHeels.com. If a patron has a ticket dispute during an event, please contact the nearest Event Management team member, or visit the main entrance Ticket Booth on South Road.
Please know the UNC Athletic Department is not responsible for and cannot guarantee the authenticity of any tickets purchased from someone other than a Ticket Office representative.
Re-entry is allowed at Dorrance Field based upon the gameday ticket being displayed.
Ticket Pricing
For the 2021 men’s & women’s soccer season, regular season ticketing pricing is as follows:
- Reserved Seating: $10.00
- General Admission: $8.00

Event Management Team Members are happy to direct each guest to their assigned seats, as well as showcase where General Admission tickets are located.
