E2S was originally intended to deliver concessions to stadium seats (hence, the name). The initial launch in the fall of 2019 was short-lived before COVID-19 shutdowns forced a pivot. The disruption led to a deeper understanding of labor issues in the space. E2S has grown into the premium service solution operating in venues across nine states with thousands of All-Star servers.

“Working with our Carolina GameDay staff to support our many teams couldn't be more rewarding. Our Athletics event management staff brings the experience, leadership and energy to ensure we all enhance our fans' experience to the utmost. They lead the way, and I am all in supporting their efforts to make Carolina GameDay memorable and successful.”
– Cathie (Part Time Staff)
“Growing up in this area, I have always had a love for college athletics, in particular, UNC athletics. I went to games back in the day as a kid, at a much smaller Kenan Stadium, Carmichael Auditorium (pre Dean Dome) and the Dean Dome and never realized how much coordination and manpower it took to run an athletic event. I was thrilled for the opportunity to work event management at UNC and have found the most gratifying part of the experience is representing UNC athletics to the public to meet the high standards of customer experience and professionalism the Event Management team strives for. I love the creative problem solving we are challenged with at each and every event all geared to providing a safe and meaningful experience for all attendees. To watch the joy of family members watching their child compete in D1 athletics at the highest level, and see the pride and angst they are feeling with every minute of play, is priceless.”
– Mark (Part Time Staff)
“I love being a basketball usher! Every game is a chance to be part of the Carolina family and to share in the passion and pride that makes this place so special. I enjoy seeing the excitement of first-time visitors to the Dean Dome or listening to long time ticketholders share their Carolina stories. It has also been such a joy making new friends with fellow ushers and staff—all of whom love the Tar Heels just as much as I!”
– Jan (Usher)
