2018-19: Finished 18th in the 400 (56.01) and fifth in the 4x400 (3:44.25) at the ACC Indoor Championships • Helped the DMR finish second (11:44.26) at the JDL DMR Invitational • In outdoors, placed 10th in the 400 (55.21) and fifth in the 4x400 (3:41.92) at the ACC Outdoor Championship • Won the 400 (54.41) at the Battle of the Blues while helping the 4x400 finish second (3:40.11) • Took third in the 400 (54.06) at the Miami Hurricane Alumni Invitational • Named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.
2017-18: Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round in the 4x400 and finished 15th with a time of 3:37.46 • Earned second-team All-ACC honors as the first leg of the 4x400 relay that finished third at the ACC Outdoor Championships in 3:34.97, the fifth-fastest time in Carolina’s history • Also competed in the 400 at ACC Outdoors, placing 16th with a time of 55.69 • Appeared in the same two events at the ACC Indoor Championships, setting a personal record of 53.96 in the 400 to move into fifth all-time at Carolina and finishing fifth in the 4x400 with a time of 3:38.15 • Ran a career best 600 in a time of 1:30.98 at the Notre Dame Invitational for second-place honors • Helped the same 4x400 relay win back-to-back meets, first at the Carolina Cup and again at the Notre Dame Invitational • Placed third at the Clemson Bob Pollock Invitational after running the fourth-fastest indoor 4x400 time of 3:37.19 in UNC history • Collected 14 top-five finishes throughout her seasons • Named to the All-ACC Academic Team for the outdoor season and to the ACC Academic Honor Roll • Named to the list of USTFCCCA All-Academic individuals.
2016-17: Ran a leg of the 4x400 that finished sixth at the ACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships in 3:37.00, the fifth-fastest time in UNC history • Also took 17th in the 400 at the outdoor conference meet • Ran a leg of the 4x400 that took fifth at the ACC Indoor Track & Field Championships and finished 13th in the 400 • Won the 400 at the Camel City Invitational • Had four top-three finishes in the 400 • Named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.
Prep: Attended Parkland High School in Winston-Salem, N.C. • Ran the 100, 200, 400, 4x400, 4x200, 4x400 and 4x800 during high school • The 400 state champion in 2015 and 2016 • Served as team captain during her senior season • Recorded the #1 North Carolina all-time ranking in the 500 (1:13.02), the #2 time in the outdoor 400 (53.40) and the #3 all-time ranking in the indoor 400 (54.64) • The 500 state champion in 2016 • Recorded a PR of 53.40 in the 400 at the New Balance Outdoor Nationals • Named the Athlete of the Year.
