Rose High School in Greenville, N.C. • Attended Clayton High School for three years before transferring • Named to the 2023 NCBCA 3A All-State Team • Earned All-Big Carolina 3A/4A Conference honors • Led Rose to the NCHSAA 3A East Regional title and runner-up state championship finish • Nearly threw a no-hitter against South Central High School, pitching 6.2 innings before allowing a hit with one out remaining before recording the feat • Three-year letterman on the basketball team and two-year letterwinner on the football team at quarterback.
