Freshman Season (2015)
Powerful left-hander appeared in 14 games and made nine starts • Posted a 1.79 ERA in 40.1 innings and finished the season with a record of 4-2 • Struck out 35 batters and allowed just three extra-base hits while limiting opponents to a .193 batting average • Won four consecutive midweek starts at one point • Tossed a six-inning complete game shutout with seven strikeouts against High Point (4/14) • Struck out six and did not allow a run in six frames in a win over Liberty (4/8) • Allowed just two hits in six innings and struck out five in a win at Elon (3/31) • Earned his first career victory with six innings of two-hit ball and six strikeouts against Appalachian State (3/24).
