As A Senior (2024)
Played in 28 games and started 10 at third base • Slashed .233/.333/.302 with six RBIs • Collected two hits in each of the final two games against Princeton • Registered two hits in the Notre Dame series finale • Doubled in three consecutive games between April 13-16 • His final hit was a double against Coastal Carolina on April 16.
As A Junior (2023)

Johnny Castagnozzi is the son of John and Gina Castagnozzi • Born on Feb. 19, 2002 • Has an older sister, Nicole.
Why Carolina: The University of North Carolina is one of the nation's top academic and athletic institutions. Along with one of the most historic baseball programs in the country, UNC has the best coaches. They will allow me to grow as a player and give us a chance to win a national championship.
