AS A JUNIOR (2004)
Batted .281 (41-for-146) in 46 games Made 42 starts, mainly at third base and first base Missed over a month of the season after breaking his hand against Wake Forest on April 4 Hit two home runs, had six doubles and drove in 19 runs Also scored 27 times Stole four bases Hit .327 against right-handed pitching and .395 with runners in scoring position Finished sixth on the team with 13 multi-hit games, including three in the ACC Tournament Had a 10-game hitting streak from March 13-26 Went 3-for-4 with four runs scored and a grand slam against Towson on March 23 Was 3-for-3 with three runs scored against Duke in the ACC Tournament on May 28 Also drove in two runs versus Princeton on March 16 o Homered against Florida State on March 28.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2003)
Hit .233 and saw action in 43 games Made 26 starts Scored 21 runs and added 13 RBI on the season Was also a perfect 5-for-5 in stolen bases Recorded six multi-hit performances Had a career-high three hits and three runs against Towson on March 26 Went 2-for-2 with two RBI and three runs versus Monmouth on March 15 Scored two runs and drove in a run in the win over Florida State on March 29. Summer 2003: Played for the Wilmington Sharks of the Coastal Plain League.
AS A FRESHMAN (2002)
Had seven at-bats in 17 games Hit a double in his only plate appearance versus Princeton on March 19 Entered April 10 victory over Davidson at third base late in the game and singled in his only at bat.

Played four years of baseball, soccer and basketball at Southwest Edgecombe High School Three-time all-conference player and named all-state as a senior Twice named to the Tarboro Easter Classic all-tournament team An all-area selection in basketball and baseball in 2000 A member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the Mongram Club. Summer 2001: Played Legion ball with Wilson Post 13.
