Junior Year: Consistent top two finisher for the Tar Heels • Finished fourth at Coastal Carolina Invite as he finished in 25:34.72 • Best 8K time came at Notre Dame Invite, 25:12 • Earned points in every race he was entered in with nothing worse than a second place team finish •Finishe fourth at Furman Invite • Finished 28th at ACC Championships and 47th at the Southeast Regional.

Sophomore Year: Scored at the ACC Championships in cross country, running a 25:25.7 for 49th place • Top finish during the season was 6th at the 8K Carolina Challenge (26:20) • Competed in the NCAA Southeast Regional.

Freshman Year: Top performance of the cross country season came at the Carolina Challenge where he finished 10th • Competed in the 800, mile and 3,000 during the indoor season and the 1,500 and the 5,000 during the outdoor season.
