A member of the UNC staff since 1980, Lee Snyder serves as the administrative assistant for the Athletic Communications office. She is also as the primary media relations contact for the men's and women's golf teams.
Snyder is a 1980 graduate of UNC with a degree in broadcast journalism. A native of Mount Airy, N.C., she has a golden retriever named Molly and spends time volunteering for the Warrior Canine Connection, an organization that specially breeds golden retrievers and labrador retrievers that are trained, oftentimes by wounded warriors suffering from PTSD, to become full service dogs for our country's disabled veterans.
