A member of the UNC Athletics staff since 2006, Nadia Bond serves as Executive Assistant to head men's basketball coach Roy Williams.

Bond worked in the Athletic Business Office as a processing assistant prior to moving to her current position in 2008.
Â
She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in exercise and sport science from UNC in 2001, and served as a Carolina Blue in the football office during her undergraduate years. She went on to earn a master's degree in athletic administration from Indiana University in 2003.

Bond is from Stanley, N.C. She married Godwyn Bond in August of 2017.
