General: Continues to be one of the top Tar Heel freestylers...ranks third in both the 50-yard and 100-yard freestyles on UNC's preseason depth chart and fourth in the 200-yard freestyle...was a member of the 200-yard medley and 200-yard, 400-yard and 800-yard freestyle relays that broke school records at the ACC Championships last season...attended the 2009 NCAA Championships where she swam on those two record-breaking relays and the 100-yard and 200-yard freestyles as bonus events...swam the 100-meter freestyle at the 2008 Olympic Trials.

Long Course Highlights: Qualified for the 2008 U.S. Olympic Trials in the 100-meter freestyle.

2008-09 (Junior): Swam the freestyle leg of the 200-yard medley relay that took third place at ACC Championships and broke the school record in a time of 1:38.99...member of the second place 800-yard freestyle relay that broke the school record in a time of 7:08.07...member of the 200-yard freestyle relay that took fourth in a time of 1:30.24 and broke the school record...also swam on the 400-yard freestyle relay that broke the school record...individually, she placed seventh in the 100-yard freestyle and eighth in the 200-yard freestyle at the ACC Championships in times of 49.72 and 1:47.68, respectively...swam her career best time in the prelims at the ACC Championships in 200-yard freestyle in a time of 1:47.50, a clocking which puts her in sixth place in school history...swam on three freestyle relay teams at the NCAA Championships..she swam the 100-yard 200-yard freestyles at the NCAA Championships...in the 200 free, she was just .01 off her career best with a time of 1:47.51.

2007-08 (Sophomore): Member of the 200-yard freestyle relay team that set a school record of 1:31.09 at the Bulldog Invitational ...that same relay had recently broken the University mark at the ACC Championships... swam a leg of the 400-yard freestyle relay team at the ACC Championships that finished second with a time of 3:18.82, setting a school record in the process...finished 10th in the 100-yard freestyle at the ACC Championships, one of four Tar Heels to finish in the Top 10.

2006-07 (Freshman): Swam in three individual events and in three relay events at the NCAA Championships...competed in the 50, 100 and 200 freestyles ...placed in the top four in seven events at ACC Championships, three individual races and four relays...took third in the 100 free at 49.77 and second in the 200 free at 1:47.96, earning NCAA qualifying standards in both...finished third in the 50-yard freestyle with a career best 23.18 and an NCAA "B" qualifying time...member of two first-place relays at ACCs...Carolina's winning 800 free relay set a new pool record and the victorious 400 free relay set a new conference record...named All-Conference Performer for the 400 and 800 free relays and the 50, 100 and 200 freestyles...finished her freshman year ranked on the UNC All-Time Top 10 depth chart in the 50, 100 and 200 freestyles.
