2017-18: Swam in four events at the ACC Championships • Set a new PR in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:38.35 and swam a leg of the 800-yard free relay that finished ninth • Also made appearances in the 50-yard and 100-yard freestyle events • Was a member of two 400-yard freestyle relays that took first against South Carolina and Virginia Tech • Collected seven top-three finishes throughout his season.

Prep: Attended Charlotte High School in Punta Gorda, Fla. • Swam for head coach Jeff Cain • Three-time state champion – twice in the 100 backstroke (junior and senior years) and once in 200 freestyle (senior year) • 3-time high school team MVP • Team captain • Sophomore and junior class vice president • Senior class representative in student government.
