General: Two-time returning letter winner who has had two tremendous seasons for the Tar Heels...excels in the freestyle and backstroke events...swam for New South Swimming in Charlotte, N.C.

2003-04: Turned in an impressive sophomore performance at the ACC Championships...took 10th in the 100-yard freestyle in 51.67...was the second leg of the second place 400-yard freestyle relay team...anchored the fourth place 200-yard freestyle relay team, swimming the team's fastest split in 23.22...placed 19th in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:52.78.

2002-03: Had a solid first season as a Tar Heel, doing exceedingly well at the 2003 ACC Championships...she placed 11th in the 200-yard freestyle at 1:51.12, 11th in the 100-yard freestyle at 51.34 and 21st in the 500-yard freestyle at 4:59.50...swam the second leg on the 200 free relay team which placed fifth while leading off the 400 free relay team which took third place.

Prep: Graduated from North Mecklenburg High School on June 6, 2002...swam there four years as 50, 100 and 200-yard freestyler...MVP as junior and senior...led team to four conference championships...Scholastic All-America selection.
