Career Best Times: 4:54.00 in the 500-yard freestyle; 10:05.61 in the 1000-yard freestyle; 16:52.23 in the 1650-yard freestyle; 2:02.10 in the 200-yard butterfly.
General: A returning three-time letterman who is the third Mohr brother to swim for Carolina...older brothers Stephen and Eric were seniors for the Tar Heels in 2003 and 2005, respectively, and were team captains as seniors...adds depth to the distance freestyle corps while also competing in the butterfly.
2006-07: Set two career bests in the 1000-yard freestyle and 1650-yard freestyle with times of 10:05.61 and 16:52.23 at ACC Championships...also improved from his career best in the 500-yard free in the meet against Minnesota...ACC Academic Honor Roll selection...named to Dean's List both semesters.
2005-06: Set a career best time against NC State with a 5:00.18 in the 500-yard freestyle...competed in the 200-yard butterfly and 400-yard individual medley for Carolina at the ACC Championships registering a career best 2:02.19 in the butterfly.
2004-05: Had career best times as a freshman in the 500, 1000 and 1650 freestyles as well as the 100 and 200 butterfly events...named to the Dean's List in both semesters of the 2004-05 school year...copped a spot on the ACC Academic Honor Roll.
Prep: Graduated from Homestead High School on June 13, 2004...team captain of 2004 Wisconsin state championship squad...state runner-up in the mile freestyle event...also won the team's coaches' and leadership awards...participated in club swimming for 12 years...National Merit finalist..participated in club swimming since age seven.
