2018-19: Team Co-Captain • Dryer represents the women’s swimming team on the Student-Athlete Advisory Council • Member of Carolina Incubate, the leadership lab in Carolina Leadership Academy.

2017-18: Competed in four ACC Championship events including the 200-yard freestyle, 500-yard freestyle, 1650-yard freestyle and the 800-yard freestyle relay • Helped the 800-yard relay finish in 7:07.93 for a sixth-place finish at ACCs • Clocked in at 16:23.20 for 12th in the 1650-yard freestyle and at a personal-best 4:45.12 for 13th in the 500-yard freestyle B final • Also swam the 200-yard freestyle in a career-best time of 1:48.63 for 27th in the ACC preliminaries • Claimed four event titles during her junior season, setting new personal records with two of those first-place finishes • Set a career record in the 1000-yard freestyle after finishing first against Virginia Tech with a time of 9:55.86 • Shaved nearly 20 seconds off her 1650-yard freestyle record and swam 16:16.25 in the Tennessee meet to rank eighth all-time in the event at Carolina • Finished in the top-five a total of 30 times • Named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll • CSCAA Scholar All-America Honorable Mention.

2015-16: Member of scoring team at ACC Championships where she took 15th place in the 1650-yard freestyle with a time of 16:40.63 • Placed 13th in the 500-yard freestyle at Nike Cup with a time of 4:55.84 while also taking 15th in the 200 freestyle at 1:51.44 • Sixth-place finisher in 1650-yard freestyle at Nike Cup with time of 16:34.04 • Took second in 1000-yard freestyle events in dual meets against Texas and Louisville • Named to ACC Academic Honor Roll.
