2023 T&F: Honorable Mention All-America in the 3000m steeplechase at the 2023 NCAA Outdoor Championships ... Finished 21st at the NCAA Outdoor meet in a time of 8:59.53 ... Finished ninth at the 2023 ACC Outdoor Championships in the 3K steeplechase in a personal-best time of 8:45.49 ... Was 12th in the event at the NCAA East First Round in 8:49.85 ... Finished second in the 3K steeplechase at the Duke Invitational in April in 9:03.73.

2022 XC: Ran seven races for the Tar Heels ... Earned All-NCAA Southeast Regional honors after finishing the 10K race in 30:14.9 to finish 24th ... Was 53rd at the 8K ACC Championship in 24:00.2 ... Finished 135th at the 10K NCAA Championship in 30:28.5.

2019-20: Did not compete during the 2020 indoor season • Outdoor season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic • Named to the 2019-20 ACC Academic Honor Roll.

2019 XC: Finished 69th at the NCAA Southeast Regional, clocking 31:41.2 in his first collegiate 10K • Placed 89th in the men’s 8K (26:15.1) at the ACC Championships • Clocked personal-best times in the Cavalier Classic 8K (25:50.3) and the Elon Opener 6K (19:39.2).

2018-19: Finished 32nd in his first collegiate 3,000-meter race (8:32.38) at the ACC Indoor Championships • Clocked a career-best mile time of 4:16.80 at the Clemson Bob Pollock Invitational • In outdoors, ran a leg of the winning 4x1500 (15:42.57) while setting a personal record in the 1,500 (3:55.62) at the Raleigh Relays • Named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.

2018 XC: Did not compete for Carolina during the cross country season.

Prep: All-State recognition in cross country and track (3,200m) following his senior year • 3-time team captain of the cross country team • 2-time team captain of the track and field squad • Ran cross country all four years of high school and competed primarily in the 1,600 and the 3,200 in track for three years • Played midfield for his high school lacrosse team for one season • Graduate of the IB program • Recipient of the Myers Park High School ‘Most Athletic’ award in 2018 • An Eagle Scout.
