Cori Boyle begins her third year as the director of operations for the University of North Carolina women’s lacrosse program in the 2025-26 season.
During her second season on staff in 2025, North Carolina won the National Championship after going undefeated with a record of 22-0. Carolina went 9-0 in ACC play and won the Regular Season and ACC Tournament Championships.
No stranger to North Carolina, Boyle spent the previous 11 years as the executive director and agent representative for TeamFirst Soccer Academy (TFSA) based out of Chapel Hill. In this role, she was responsible for scheduling and executing soccer camps across the United States, including travel and budget duties.
She also managed relationships between TFSA and corporate partners, such as Nike and Gatorade. Additionally, she served as the talent agent for two-time World Cup champion and two-time Olympic gold medalist Kristine Lilly, who was a four-time national champion with the Carolina women’s soccer team.
Boyle brings a wealth of experience to the Tar Heels, having previously held roles as a senior account executive at PlayMetrics, a regional sales manager at Sports Endeavors Inc. and a merchandise manager at adidas AMERICA.
A two-time graduate of the University of Tennessee, Boyle received her bachelor’s degree in sports management with a minor in business before earning her master’s in sports studies and sports management. She was a member of the women’s soccer team during her time in Knoxville.
Boyle resides in Chapel Hill with her husband, Robert, and their three daughters: Blake, Brooklyn and Blair.
