Before UNC: Participated in club rowing with the Wayland-Weston Rowing Association • Was a three-year varsity swimmer at Wayland HS • Earned High Honor Roll all four years in high school • Served as the National Chinese Honor Society Treasurer for two years.
Personal: Daughter of Adam and Jennifer Balukonis • Has two siblings, Gavin and Kendall • Father, Adam, played football at West Point • Majoring in public policy with a minor in Chinese.
