2024-25 (Freshman): Competed in seven races in her first year as a Tar Heel • Made her collegiate debut at the Rocky Top Invite with the 2V4 crew • Competed with the 2V8 boat at the Lake Wheeler Invitational and the ACC Championship • Named to the ACC All-Academic Team.
Before UNC: Spent a year and a half with Charlotte Youth Rowing coached by Katie Ognovich • Finished eighth in the 2- at the 2024 summer youth nationals • Placed 14th in the 4- at the 2023 summer youth nationals • Earned four letters on the track and field and cross country teams at South Mecklenburg • Was a Team Captain as a junior and senior • Earned all-conference honors in cross country as a junior • Qualified for the state meet in cross country and the 4x800 as a freshman • A member of the National Honor Society.
Personal: Daughter of Jim and Debbie Leahy • Has a twin, Finn, and a younger sister, Ellen • Majoring in biology.
