Haythorn on rowing at UNC: "Rowing at Carolina has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. It is incredible to be part of a team where everyone is so dedicated to making the program faster and having fun. It has taught me that I can push myself farther than I ever thought possible."
Coach Haney says: "Laura is very demanding on herself. She sets goals, reaches them and then continues to push forward. She does not look back and that work ethic is what allows her to be very competitive on the team."
