2021-22 (Graduate): Competed in nine races at 1V8 • Finished second (7:30.30) against UCF and second (7:35.30) against Tennessee in the First Varsity 8+ boat at the UVA Invitational (3/26) • Notched a first-place finish against Boston College and a second-place finish versus George Washington in the First Varsity 8+ races (4/2) • Her First Varsity 8+ team finished first in the Petite Final at the ACC Championships with a time of 6:40.02

2020-21 (Senior): CRCA All-America Honorable Mention • Selected to All-ACC 2nd Team • Named to All-ACC Academic Rowing Team • CRCA Scholar-Athlete • Team Co-Captain • Honored as a Carolina Leadership Academy Tar Heel Leader of Distinction • Competed for the First Varsity 8+ in the Lake Wheeler Invitational, finishing first in the B Finals (6:56.34) • Her First Varsity 8+ team finished third in the Petite Final at the ACC Championships with a time of 6:54.99.

Before UNC: Graduate of Hickory High School • Started rowing at Belmont Rowing Center during her senior year • Lettered four years in swimming at Hickory High School and Mercersburg Academy • Won the 2017 North Carolina state title in the 200-freestyle relay • President of National Honor Society.

Personal: Daughter of Jeff and Colleen Ferner • Graduated with Distinction from UNC in 2021 with a B.S. in Biology and minors in Chemistry and Medical Anthropology • Currently completing her MPH at UNC’s Gillings School of Global Public Health.
