After four years on the UNC rowing team and a year as an undergraduate assistant coach, Michelle Hall will serve as a volunteer assistant coach for the 2006-07 school year.
Hall, who attended East Chapel Hill High School, rowed for the UNC novice squad as a freshman then spent three years on the varsity team. She rowed in the varsity eight as a senior, earning her second varsity letter.
She was the 2003 recipient of the Coach's Award and was a member of the varsity eight that earned ACC Crew of the Week honors on April 5, 2004, after sweeping the competition the previous weekend at Indiana.
At UNC, she majored in chemistry and political science.
