She studied studio art at the University of North Carolina and played three years of soccer before a career-ending knee surgery.
After a distinguished career as a youth National Team Player from 2004-2010 and four-time high school All-America, Brittani went on to play college soccer at the University of North Carolina where she is now in her 10th season of association with the team. A three-time NCAA national champion – 2008 (player), 2009 (player), 2012 (undergraduate assistant coach) – she was named to the ACC All-Freshman team in 2008 as well as the NCAA Final Four All-Tournament team that year.
After suffering a career-ending knee injury during her junior season she remained with the team as an undergraduate assistant coach from 2011-2013. Bartok is a Union, N.J. native who scored nine goals and had 14 assists in her UNC career. She attended the Pingry School as a high school student.
